Along the way you quench your thirst at the Bächialp and try a piece of fresh alpine cheese before rolling on.

Down the alpine road to Schwanden
The descent runs along a well-built alpine road past alpine huts, through forests and meadows down to Schwanden, with a wide view into the valley.

Back with the funicular
You ride the valley south towards Linthal, from where the funicular brings you comfortably back to Braunwald.

Around Braunwald three marked flow trails wait with flowing curves and descents. They combine well with the funicular, for several runs without a long climb.
If you'd rather ride long tours, you roll through light forests and along alpine roads, past old farmhouses, with a magnificent view of the Ortstock and the Tödi back to Braunwald.
